The ARIAH Foundation is committed to decolonizing the field of reproductive health by providing culturally relevant and responsive programming that honors the historical and cultural beliefs, practices and traditions of BIPOC communities. This is demonstrated by the services and events that are designed, produced and/or curated by the organization’s leaders and partners in the work. Those programs and events include, but are not limited to, the Aftershock documentary, the Aftershock Annual event, the “In Her Honor” art exhibit, the Speak, Move, Change Black Maternal Health Week series, the Postpartum Awareness Week Campaign, the Luxor Men’s Collective, The Candid Conversations With Black Men Series etc.
